The cooling tube of UV LED light source is an important part of the light source box. There are two core elements in the production of the cooling tube that affect the performance and quality of the light source. The first is the flatness of the light source load surface of the cooling pipe, and the second is the water seepage at the welding interface of the cooling pipe. The flatness of the light source load surface is poor, which affects the close contact between the heat conduction substrate and the load surface, resulting in poor heat conduction and light source attenuation. Water seepage at the welding interface of the cooling pipe will burn the light source and even cause the customer's machine to be burned, which is extremely serious. It is extremely difficult to find that it is inconvenient to maintain these two core elements at the same time. Therefore, we must thoroughly monitor and ensure that 100 % of the quality is qualified during the production process.
