UV-LED is a point light source: the diameter of the illuminant is generally less than 1mm, and it is easy to form parallel light after secondary optical imaging;
UV-LED emits pure ultraviolet light of a single wavelength: there is no visible light, infrared light and other light, and the photoelectric conversion rate reaches more than 55%, while the ultraviolet photoelectric conversion rate of traditional high-pressure mercury lamp is only about 15%;
UV-LED energy saving: In the UV curing field, only ultraviolet ray has the curing effect. The ultraviolet ray emitted by UV-LED can be 100 % absorbed, which saves more than 85% energy compared with the traditional high-pressure mercury lamp UV-LED;
Long service life of UV-LED: The service life of UV-LED reaches more than 20000 hours, far exceeding that of traditional high-pressure mercury lamp light source. The attenuation is less than 1% after 1000 hours of continuous use, and about 25% after 20000 hours of use. The stability is excellent. The UV-LED can be turned on and used in 0.02s.
