4. High imaging accuracy of resistance welding:
Near parallel light exposure, the energy gauge is controlled at 10-12 grids, which can be deeply solidified. The solder mask is developed without side erosion. After development, the solder mask opening window is vertical. Advantages: Solder resistance development is free of side corrosion, and surface treatment such as gold deposition, gold plating, tin deposition, tin spraying is free of infiltration and oil throwing, so the qualification rate is improved.
